Music Insured, a division of Emery & Webb, Inc., is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to this website and to the documents and forms we share with clients.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. The Music Insured website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard.
Measures we take
- Semantic page structure, headings, and landmarks for screen-reader navigation.
- Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images and labels on form fields.
- Keyboard-operable navigation, menus, and quote forms with visible focus states.
- Color and type choices reviewed for contrast against our brand palette.
- Accessibility considered when we add pages, forms, or third-party tools.
Third-party content
Some features — including carrier quoting tools, the client portal, payment pages, and embedded documents — are provided by third parties and are outside our direct control. If you encounter a barrier in one of those tools, contact us and we will help you complete the task directly and raise the issue with the vendor.
